"I am deeply disappointed with the service I’ve received from Jasmine Eichinger at State Farm Insurance Agency. When we first obtained our policy in 2021, Jordan, one of her employees, was nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately, that level of care and professionalism has completely deteriorated over the past three years. We've encountered multiple instances where simple policy clarifications were met with frustration and dismissiveness. The first major issue arose about a year or so ago when we reached out regarding a billing discrepancy. Jasmine called us back at 5 PM on a Friday, clearly irritated, and rushed through the conversation. When we didn’t understand why our bill had changed, her response was simply, “That’s just how the system works.” She could not provide any legitimate explanation, leaving us more confused than before. This level of poor communication has been a recurring theme with this office. More recently, we called to clarify why a vehicle appeared to have been removed from our policy when, in reality, it should have only been dropped from roadside assistance after one claim. We were told that the vehicle was removed because we had used the roadside service too frequently on other vehicles, which have their own separate roadside policies. Not only did the explanation make no sense, but the documentation we received was also unclear and referenced a vehicle that had been off the policy for nearly a year. Jasmine herself confused the situation further by continuously referencing the wrong vehicles and just reciting policy numbers. Despite our attempts to get clarity, Jasmine and her team consistently failed to provide answers. David at the front desk, while helpful, lacks the expertise to handle more complex issues, and Jasmine, when asked to speak to her for clarification, provided information, sent back through David on an unprofessional Word document, not even on State Farm letterhead. The dates of the roadside requests didn’t match the online records, nor have an accurate description of the vehicle in question and when I tried to explain the issue, I was repeatedly interrupted, spoken over, and ultimately blamed for not receiving a letter that would have supposedly clarified the situation. Had I received it, we would have been having the same conversation 3 weeks earlier. When I asked why our vehicle wasn’t requiring payment in October, I was told, “Sometimes the system just does weird things.” So, I asked, couldn’t the system have done something weird to cause this vehicle to be dropped off roadside assistance as well? Instead of an answer, I was told I was “welcome to go elsewhere,” and the call was abruptly ended with a click. Yep. hung up on by a "professional" insurance agent. Jasmine’s dismissive attitude and refusal to genuinely address concerns make it impossible to continue doing business with her office. If you value clear communication and customer care, I strongly urge you to search elsewhere for better service. Jasmine Eichinger and her team fail to provide even the most basic level of service required for understanding insurance policies, leaving clients frustrated and without answers. You deserve an agent who takes the time to explain your coverage, not one who brushes off your concerns with “that’s just the way it is.” **EDIT** Thank you for your response, Jasmine. I don’t doubt that our experiences are remembered differently, and I appreciate your confirmation regarding our last conversation. That being said, the differences in memory really highlight my entire disappointment with the situation. It wasn't about being told to take my business elsewhere—it's the lack of true clarification or assistance throughout the process that left me frustrated. I didn’t need anything more than a clear, understandable explanation, and unfortunately, that wasn’t provided. I hope moving forward, your office can provide the kind of support and communication that would prevent misunderstandings like this from happening with other clients. All the best."

"Noah was very polite and very knowledgeable. They whole process was smooth and he made sure to go over every option to help me save as much money as possible. Just as an update: The team has never failed to be excellent in both their professionalism and their understanding. Noah, especially has been a shining example of a staff member that anyone should want on their team. Never rude, always happy to help, always willing to listen and answer questions. As another update: Some weird stuff happened when I went to pay off the full amount of my insurance mid-policy. The team was quick to figure out the issue and get things squared away. David, especially, has gone out of the way to explain things to me and keep me up to date on the process and what to expect."

"I am moving from out of state and left a vmail for the office and filled out the form online. Jordan quickly called me back and talked me through the process. She was very helpful in talking through all the differences in insurance from state to state. My new landlord needed very specific things listed, and she worked with me to get exactly what I needed. She made it so I don't have to do any further steps, which gives me great peace of mind with my long move checklist. Highly recommend!"

"I have been a client of this State Farm agency for many years. My beloved agent Connie was entering semi retirement and that’s when my personal experience took a turn. Connie transitioned me to Jordan in the office who was very nice attentive helping with an insurance quote for my nephew. We signed up for his policy with no issues and started making the payments. Shortly after Jordan reached out and there was a found item on his driving record causing the rate to go up and additional monies due upfront. Completely understandable and we made a quick payment to meet the requirements. Thereafter Jordan reached out and stated the next three installments decreased in the amount due. I tripled checked cause I was in disbelief based on the increased rate but she assured me she contacted the JUA and that was correct. We then paid what we thought were the last three installment and asked to confirm he was Al paid up for the 6 months and that’s were things turned. Jordan noted he still owed a significant amount and she would call to understand. 10 minutes before the office closed Jordan called and told me unfortunately she had been misinformed and he did owe Addie monies. To ensure no disruption to his service my husband dropped off a check and asked Jordan to call me. Days later and still no call Jordan sends me another email indicating there is nothing she can do. I replied and asked her to have a manager or named firm parter call and no calls or response. I have sense pulled all of my personal policies from this office and even such no one had bothered to pick up the phone. I understand situations happen but avoidance and lack of communication is no way to run an insurance company. Very disappointed"

"Corrine, I’m sorry you had this experience. As you stated the policy you are referencing was written with JUA (Joint Underwriters Association) “The facility is an organization designed to provide auto insurance to any qualified person who is unable to obtain insurance in the voluntary market. Buying coverage through the facility should be the last resort” (see footnote). This is a different experience for both customers and for agents. No accident reports can be pulled before coverage starts. This sometimes results in unexpected changes. We are not able to see changes or get communications in real time. We get policy updates on paper at the same time as customers. We can call and hope we get the correct answers. Unfortunately, we didn’t get correct answers. The JUA experience is not a State Farm experience. Since you left the office, we no longer have access to your contact information.
